Prices are per villa, per day, up to 7 people. The charge for each additional person is € 10.00
Prices include any legal tax.
Pets are not allowed. Respect the common quiet schedule.

In order for the reservation to be valid, it is necessary to deposit 40% of the total amount. The rest is paid upon arrival.
It is mandatory to record all persons residing in the Ionian Villas. Upon arrival you will need to provide a valid ID or passport to register. Reservation and registration process includes acceptance of the rules of housing.
Every visitor must protect the valuables he owns. The management waives any liability for loss, theft of valuables or personal items or damage caused by any bad weather or force majeure.
It is forbidden to destroy plants and flowers, to dig holes and light fires, to hang ropes on trees and structures, to alter shared equipment, to wash dishes and clothes outside sinks, to wash your car. •
The management of Ionides Villas reserves the right to remove, without delay, the customers who, in their opinion, with their behavior, disturb the peace of others or do not follow the rules of the address.
Accommodation cannot be occupied by a larger number of people than that it has been agreed with the management, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
Take small measures of economy, such as turning off the light and air conditioning when you don’t need it, turn off the water tap, etc. It is an important contribution to the ecosystem in which we can all live.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and stay with their parents or other persons legally responsible. Adults are responsible for children’s behavior, which should always be monitored and accompanied in the pool.
From 30 to 1 day before the date of arrival, 40% of the total amount is charged.
On the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount is charged.
In case of unplanned departure, 100% of the value of the remaining days of the reservation is paid.
